Please read these rules carefully.

1. As an brand ambassador, you are invited to share your success.
2. The most successful posts are about how much weight you lost and how long it took. Before and after pictures enhance your posts.
3. Our own groups that are included in the program are: Completely Keto, Completely Keto for Beginners, or Keto Recipes for Beginners
4. We abbreviate these as CK, CKB, and KRB,
5. You may post in other groups as long as you stick around to answer questions.
6. Every Monday, please send an email to SpeedKeto@gmail.com with the words Amazon Ambassador in the headline and tell me where you posted and when. Your gift card is calculated based on where you post and how many times. Posting in “other” groups is especially encouraged.
7. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME MORE THAN ONCE. IT IS OVERWHELMING AND MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY ON A TIMELY BASIS. MY GOAL IS TO PAY YOU ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROGRAM. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
