What are the macros to these recipes?
In watching many of the posts on the CompletelyKeto Facebook group I’ve noticed that recipes, portion sizes, ingredients, are routinely changed.
If you take a recipe that is designed to serve a certain number and change the number – as I have seen many times – the numbers are no longer accurate.
If you change the ingredients there is no way my calculations are going to be correct.
I can’t even begin to guess what people are going to do with these recipes.
So what I recommend you do instead is go enter your own calculations into my fitness pal.
